As Community Manager, social listening revealed a consistent request to "Bring Crystal Pepsi back" from the fans. This campaign invited fans to share their creative proposal ideas, turning real-time audience data into a viral "surprise and delight" moment just in time for Valentine's Day.

When scrolling through social channels, it wasn't hard to miss the die-hard Crystal Pepsi lovers. How could Pepsi show up and acknowledge their request despite no plans to re-release the fan-favorite flavor?

Bringing Crystal Pepsi Back

To honor fans whose love was crystal clear, the team launched a tongue-in-cheek Valentine’s Day activation that "brought Crystal Pepsi back" in the most unexpected way: a custom-made diamond ring.

A Pepsi Proposal

Inviting the community to ~pop~ the question with their best proposal ideas, the campaign celebrated the fans' long-term commitment through a "surprise and delight" campaign. Needless to say, love and Pepsi were in the air.
